Strong Bones

I have such an incredible story that I wanted to share with you. About one year ago I was in a grocery store parking lot putting groceries into my trunk when my right leg was run over by another car. Survival! How much food is enough? Richards’ explanation of leptin and its function in the body, in The Leptin Diet, makes everything so much clearer. Our bodies do still operate on survival instincts. The 5 Rules of the Leptin Diet make sense and I know leptin is not functioning correctly in my body. I know my system needs to be reset and that Richards' principles are definitely the key.

I loved reading The Leptin Diet! I’m convinced that I am leptin resistant and need to retrain my body to use leptin effectively. Interesting and Informative

Never before would I have thought that I would enjoy reading a medical book so much! Starting to Balance

I assumed The Leptin Diet was a book with another weight loss program or gimmick. I was so wrong! Byron J. Richards did a great job of explaining leptin and how to take care of yourself in order to properly regulate it’s function. When optimized, this hormone creates energy and metabolic efficiency in the body so I can maintain an ideal body weight. My body already makes this hormone – I just need to get it balanced.
